How do I apply for a job through Premierehire?
Simply click on Apply Online and upload your resume. Be sure to select job categories that are of interest to you.
Next review our Job Board and search by category. If any postings are of interest, contact the recruiter listed on the posting via email or phone 760-579-0248.

What is involved in the application process?
After you complete an online application you may contact a staffing specialist from Premierehire to arrange for a phone interview. If the skills and experience you have matches with potential client needs we will schedule a face-to-face interview. If you successfully complete this process, depending on your area of interest you may undergo skills testing either online or in our office – whichever is most convenient for you. Premierehire will also conduct checks with previous employers and other references provided.
How often should I contact your office after an interview?
As positions you are well suited for become available, Premierehire will contact you. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us online. If we are actively recruiting in your area please keep us posted on your availability.
How do I update my availability or resume?
Simply Log In to your secured online account and update your information.
What if I get an assignment but want you to know when I am available for a new one?
If your assignment is with us then we will know this. If not, please log in to your online account with us and update your availability. You may also email the staffing manager at Premierehire that you have been in contact with.
What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered; is it all right to turn it down?
If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. Premierehire will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.
What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?
We understand that not every position is the right fit for you; sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on a job and find it is not going to work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Communication is the key. We expect open communication from you and you can expect the same from the team at Premierehire.
